1. How do I choose the right size?
- Measure your dog while standing. Use a soft tape to measure the thigh circumference about 2–3 cm (≈1") above the knee (stifle), and the lower thigh/calf just below the knee if your chart asks for it.
- Match the measurements to our size chart on the product page. If your dog is between sizes, choose:
Smaller size for a snugger, more supportive fit (sporty/active dogs).
Larger size for easier on/off and extra comfort (senior or sensitive-skin dogs).
- Weight & breed are only secondary references—always size by measurements first.
- Tip: measure twice on both legs; light fur compression is okay, but don’t pull the tape tight.
2. Which knee brace should I buy?
- Left vs Right: Choose the side of the injured or weaker knee. If both knees need support or you want balanced prevention, select a pair.
- Support level:
Everyday/early support (mild sprain, early arthritis, mild patella issues): a flex-support brace offers stability with comfort and full mobility.
Stronger stabilization (post-injury, CCL/ACL support, recurring patella luxation): choose a hinged or reinforced model for lateral control.
- With hip/anchor harness? For dogs with hip weakness, both-knee instability, or if the brace tends to slip on barrel-chested/broad dogs, pick the version with an anchor/hip belt.
- Not sure? Start with the recommended support level for your dog’s activity and symptoms, and consult your vet or rehab specialist for medical guidance.
3. How to put the product on my dog?
1) Introduce & relax: let your dog sniff the brace; reward with treats.
2) Open all straps and identify inside/outside (logo outside; patella opening centered on the front of the knee).
3) Slide or place the sleeve so the opening sits over the kneecap (stifle); hinges (if any) align to the sides of the joint.
4) Secure bottom strap first, then the top strap—this helps prevent slippage.
5) If your model has an anchor/hip belt, fit it around the waist/hips and attach the tether straps to keep the brace upright.
6) Two-finger test: you should be able to slide two fingers under any strap—snug, not tight.
7) Walk test for 2–3 minutes; re-check alignment and strap tension.
4. How long can I leave this product on my dog?
- Break-in schedule
Days 1–2: 15–30 minutes, 2–3 times/day
Days 3–5: 45–60 minutes, 2–3 times/day
After day 5: increase as tolerated during walks, training, or supervised activity

- Do not leave on overnight or during unsupervised crate time.

2. How do I return a product?
