At Lispoo, we believe every dog deserves comfort, care, and the chance to move with more confidence.
Recently, one of our customers joined Lispoo’s donation exchange program after receiving a Lispoo Dog Hock (Tarsal) Support Brace that was not the right fit for their dog. Instead of letting the product go unused, the customer chose to donate it to a local animal rescue organization, helping another dog who may need extra rear-leg support.
This simple act reflects the heart of Lispoo’s mission: reducing waste while bringing useful mobility support products to more dogs in need.
The donated product, the Lispoo Dog Hock Support Brace, is designed to provide steady support around a dog’s rear ankle joint. It may help dogs who need extra stability due to mild sprains, strains, age-related rear ankle weakness, arthritis-related instability, or veterinarian-advised post-surgery support. The brace features soft SBR material, multi-point hook-and-loop straps, soft edge binding, and a lightweight design for more comfortable daily wear.
Because every dog’s body shape is different, may not always be perfect on the first try. That is why Lispoo encourages customers to donate unused, unfit braces to shelters or rescue groups, then contact our support team for a size exchange. This gives the product a second chance to help another dog, while helping pet parents find the correct fit for their own dog.
We are grateful to customers who choose kindness, sustainability, and care. A brace that did not fit one dog may become meaningful support for another.
At Lispoo, we are proud to be part of small moments that create real impact — one dog, one family, and one donation at a time.
